    Trinidad and Tobago Junior Men are a hockey team that has been on an upward trajectory over the past few editions of the Pan American Junior Championship. In 2005, the team finished eighth, after winning just two games. They finished seventh in 2008, after registering three comprehensive wins in the pool stages. In 2012, they moved up the final standings again, finishing in fifth place with four wins under their belt. More

    Margaret Pham is a rising star in the Canadian hockey team. She was 15 years old when selected for the junior national squad for an U21 match against the USA. She says of that experience: “I was so nervous and was afraid to make a mistake but I reminded myself to work hard and be proud to represent my country.” More

    Lauren Logush is a goalkeeper who wears many hats. Her club hockey is played for top Dutch side HDM den Haag, while she is also part of the Canadian women’s senior side. However, for the next few weeks, all her focus will be on representing the Canadian Junior women’s team as they travel to Trinidad and Tobago to take part in the Junior Women’s Pan American Championship.     Mr. Mark St. Hill has been duly installed as the new President of the Barbados Hockey Federation Inc. at its Annual General Meeting last night, at the Sir Garfield Sobers Sports Gymnasium. Mr. St. Hill, a former Barbados national and Combermere School Old Scholar's goalkeeper, made a successful bid for the post of President, succeeding former President David E. Rouse. More
