    Capitalizing on their penalty corners, Argentina beat the Netherlands 4-2 to win the 2016 Women’s Junior Hockey World Cup. Unable to get past England’s strong defense, the United States falls to England to finish in 8th place. Behind the strong play of keeper Sachi Ananías, on her Birthday, Chile secured 11th place after winning a thrilling shoot-out over Korea. More

    Argentina advances to Women’s Junior Hockey World Cup Final

    With a 4-2 win over Australia in the semifinal, Argentina advances to the Women’s Junior Hockey World Cup Final against the Netherlands tomorrow, December 4th at 18:30. Unable to silence the attacking pressure of Belgium, the United States finds themselves playing in match to decide 7th/8th place against England, also tomorrow, at 11:45. And with a disappointing five goal loss to Japan, Chile will play against Korea to try to finish in 11th place today, December 3rd, at 18:30. More

    Argentina defeats PAHF rival USA to advance to semi-finals of the Women’s Hockey Junior World Cup

    PAHF rivals Argentina and United States met in the quarter-final round of the Women’s Hockey Junior World Cup currently underway in Santiago, Chile. Argentina dominated possession throughout the match. Argentina will play Australia in a semi-final today Friday 2nd December at 17:45. The United States will play against Belgium to classify for the 5th-8th place at 13:15 today. More

    With the start of the Women’s Junior World Cup just a few days away, we caught up with two athletes who have made hugely successful transitions from the junior international scene to the senior stage. Manuela Urroz is a striker for Chile and helped secure a place for her team in HWL Round 2 for an ever-improving Chile team, while Michelle Vitesse was one of the forwards who set the Olympics alight in Rio, when USA got off to a blistering start in the pool matches.
