On March 1-10the west Province of Las Tunas will host the women’s National League with the participation of 8 teams: Santiago de Cuba, Las Tunas, Camaguey, Ciego de Ávila, Sancti Spíritus, Villa Clara, Artemisa and La Habana, each of them in representation of their province.
On the first day the following matches of Pool A will be played: Sancti Spíritus (SSP) vs Villa Clara, Santiago de Cuba (SCU) vs Las Tunas (LTU). Pool B will play the following games: Artemisa (ART) vs Ciego de Ávila, and the last match Camagüey (CMG) vs La Habana (LHA).
Men hockey will have their tournament March 20-29 hosted by the Central province of Ciego de Ávila with the participation of La Habana(LHA), Artemisa (ART), Villa Clara (VCL), Ciego de Ávila (CAV), Sancti Spiritus (SSP), Camaguey (CMG), Las Tunas (LTU) and Santiago de Cuba (SCU).
