The Pan American Hockey Federation (PAHF) is pleased to invite National Association (NA) to participate in the bidding process for hosting the Qualifying Tournament for the XXIII Central American and Caribbean Games 2018 (Men & Women), qualifier for the Pan American Games, Lima, Peru 2019 and ultimately the Olympic Games 2020, in Tokyo, Japan.
According to the Qualification Procedure for the Central American and Caribbean Games 2018, approved by the PAHF Board, the CAC 2018 Qualifying Event must be held before the 31 of December 2017.

It is important that the attached Bid Form is filled out as completely as possible and that all support documents (letters of commitment, engagement, NOC &/or others funding bodies and agreements) are sent enclosed with the bid.
The PAHF will receive completed Bid Forms until November 21, 2016. The PAHF Bid Evaluation Committee will make pertinent recommendations to the PAHF Board who will review the forms and support documents. The results of this process will be announced before the end of 2016.
Please note that the Pan American Cups (M&W) will be held in August 2017, hence this would not be a good time to hold the CAC 2018 qualifying event.
