Brazil to host First Pan Am Challenge
The Pan American Hockey Federation - PAHF announced today the awarding of the First Pan American Challenge for Men and Women to the Brazilian Hockey Confederation – CBHG.
The competitions will be held in Rio de Janeiro at the Deodoro Hockey Complex from July 30 to August 7 of 2011. The Pan Am Challenge is the entry point for teams to participate in the prestigious Pan American Cups. The first two teams in the Challenge move automatically to the Cup.
CBHG President Mr. Sydnei Rocha and PAHF Honorary Secretary General Mrs. Sue Neill signed the Hosting Agreement at the Deodoro Hockey Complex on the occasion of a men’s match between Brazil and Cuba.
