CDO for Americas, Jorge Querejeta met new Board members of Paraguay Hockey Association August 20 – 23, 2010. The Board is chaired by Esc. Nelly Acuña Talavera.
The CDO, Jorge Querejeta, interviewed Sports Minister Lic. Paulo Reichardt.
There was also an administration workshop held during the visit, with board members of the Paraguay Hockey Association.
Afterwards, there was a dinner with members of Paraguayan Olympic Committee, President of Ciudad del Este Federation (PAR) and former President Alejandro Schon who has been appointed Umpiring Director.
Board and government authorities have promised strong support to the new Board, including international activities, especially regarding indoor as they do not have a synthetic pitch.
