Newsorganizations wishing to attend the TORONTO 2015 Pan American Games (July 10–26, 2015) and the TORONTO 2015 Parapan American Games (August 7–15, 2015) are invited to express their interest for press accreditation.
One form must be completed for each person requesting accreditation in the E, EP and ENR categories.
This form must be completed electronically — just type into the boxes and use the “tab” function on your keyboard to move between the boxes.
Save the document to your computer as TORONTO 2015 PRESS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (NAME OR ORGANIZATION). Example: TORONTO 2015 PRESS EXPRESSION OF INTEREST_JOHN SMITH_DAILY NEWS
Complete the form in English in BLOCK CAPITAL letters. All information must be accurate and entered in full so that the TORONTO 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games Organizing Committee (TO2015) and the appropriate National Olympic Committee can consider your expression of interest.
