The Pan American Hockey Federation (PAHF) announced the Tournament Directors for some flagship upcoming competitions:
- 2014 Pan American Youth Championship, Men (San Juan, Puerto Rico, February 1-8, 2014): Javier Zanini (Uruguay)
- 2014 Pan American Youth Championship, Women (Montevideo, Uruguay, February 10-16, 2014): Lurah Hess (USA)
- 2015 Pan American Games, Men (Toronto, Canada, July 10-26, 2015): Cammie Burke (Barbados)
- 2015 Pan American Games, Women (Toronto, Canada, July 10-26, 2015): Lorena Rinaldini (Argentina)
The Pan American Youth Championships are qualifying for the 2014 Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing, China. The 2015 Pan American Games are qualifying for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The appointments have been approved by the International Hockey Federation (FIH) upon proposal from the Pan American Hockey Federation.
