Inaugural matches of the 2013 First Official Hockey Tournament were organized by the Paraguayan Hockey Federation on October 12 and 13, 2013. Eleven clubs, with U16, U21 and senior teams (men) and first division (women) participated in the tournament. The matches were played in the new sand pitch managed by the National Sports Secretary en Asuncion.
