The Pan American Hockey Federation (PAHF) is pleased to call on your National Teams to participate at the Women’s Youth Pan American Championships 2014 that will take place at the city of Montevideo, Uruguay from 10 to 16 of February, 2014. Due to the format of FIH Hockey5, the PAHF is expecting many nations to enter the event. Hence, the tournament could be extended, depending on numbers of teams entering.
This tournament is a Youth Olympic Games Qualifier for the upcoming Youth Games in Nanjing 2014. The FIH Hockey5 Rules and FIH Hockey5 Tournament Regulations will be followed for the competition and will be the reference for detailed information. Rules and Regulations will be available at PAHF Website. Inscriptions are open to all PAHF member countries. The plan of competition and fixture will be released by the PAHF Competitions Committee, after entries are confirmed. Official entries include the payment of both inscription and the deposit.
Each National Team will be charged an inscription fee of US$250.00 (two hundred and fifty US dollars), plus the deposit fee of US$2,500.00 (two thousand and five hundred US dollars). Both must be paid before the deadline below for confirmation of participation.
The Organizing Committee from Uruguay will support National Associations with the arrangements for accommodation, meals, transport and any other issues that may arise. Also, the PAHF Project Coordinator is available to provide information, support and address demands regarding the participation at the Event.
