New win for the Uruguayan girls at the South American Championships

Female Uruguayan team beat Venezuela’s National Team. The “Red wine” team stood at their 
end, trying to stop Uruguay who was in control of the ball, and drove constant attacks. In 
minute 15th Uruguay broke the defense and scored the first goal. The first half was 2-0 in favor 
of Uruguay. 

The second period was also for Uruguay who converted three times more from penalty 
corners. Venezuela was not able to keep the pace of the first half, and Uruguay was wise in 
taking advantage of this fact. Big victory for Uruguay, who beat Venezuela 6-0.
