Participation request is already available. The National Hockey Associations affiliated to PAHFmay endorse their coaches who attend the requirements to participate in the Course.

Address the attached Form of Request (one by each coach) completed in their totality and signed in name of the National Hockey Association and by applicant, to the PAHF (by email to chichemendoza@hotmail.com and/or julio.neves@panamhockey.org) before the deadline for inscriptions: 30 of January of 2010.
