PAHF hires new Project Coordinator

Julio NevesThe Pan American Hockey Federation (PAHF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Julio Neves as PAHF Project Coordinator, effective May 15, 2009.

Julio is from Sao Paulo, Brazil where he graduated with degrees in Civil Engineering and Physical Education. He has been active in hockey in Brazil serving as the Development and Technical Director for the Sao Paulo Hockey Federation and Regional Coordinator for the Brazilian Hockey Federation. He has also been a member of the Brazilian National Hockey Team.

The PAHF Project Coordinator provides support to programs of the Umpiring, Competitions, and Coaching Committees and to a lesser degree with the Development and Medical Committees. Julio’s work will ensure successful planning, promotion, implementation and follow-up for PAHF projects in these areas. The Project Coordinator works on a part-time basis in close collaboration with the volunteers and other staff of the PAHF.
