A very intense match today between Chile and Mexico, both teams entered the pitch with a lot of attitude seeking to win the match. The mood of the game was very fast paced with a lot of contact between players. Chile scored early the first goal of the match in a penalty corner in the first minute by player #6, Vicente MARTIN. It took Mexico 10 minutes to respond and tie the game at minute 11 by player #8, Alexis CAMPILLO.

The first half continued to be filled with lots of action. Mexico scored again and took advantage at minute 35 by player #11, Luis TRILLAS giving hope and joy for the next half. After just two minutes of starting the second half, Chile's player #5, Pablo PURCELL tied the game once again. The game turned out to be very tight after that, Mexico wasn't willing to let go the chance for a victory but Chile wasn't either.

Mexico's player #8, Alexis CAMPILLO broke the tie at minute 52 with the crowd going crazy after asserting a penalty stroke, by minute 60, Chile's player #11 Matias KOESTER once again tied the game with the score 3-3. Two minutes later Mexico was confident to win this game scoring one more goal by means of player #15, Ricardo FIGUEROA but they didn't count on Chile replying so early and at the very last minute of play with a penalty corner by player #13, Alan HAMILTON, ending the game 4-4.

USA - Argentina : 1 - 3

Two strong teams encountered today at the second match of Day 3, USA having won its first game on Day 1 against Chile and Argentina on Day 2 against Mexico. Argentinians were the first to open the score with a goal from player #18, Felipe SUEIRO at minute 18 and later on at minute 26 by player #14, Santiago SERRANO at minute 26. They kept on playing fast finding their way through USA's strong defense. Both teams showed having great skills and agility unfortunately Argentina took more advantage over open space and continued to be on top by the end of the first half.

For the second half Argentina celebrated with joy its third goal at minute 45 when player #7, Sebastian CASINI scored during play. Although Argentina was winning the game, USA never slowed down and continued to play tough arriving several times with goal opportunities but it was not until minute 64 that they converted their efforts in a goal by player #5, Christian LINNEY. For the remaining time it was nobody's ball as it constantly changed possession between teams but there was no goal, ending the match 3-1.
