Peru - Brazil : 1 - 2
Chile - Paraguay : 4 - 0

Argentina - Venezuela : 12 - 0

Argentina continues to spur the passion of those who have a chance to see the team; the delighted public was as thrilled today as yesterday, enjoying the team’s excellent play. Its victory was based on perfect coordination and the players’ ability to take advantage of short corners.

Initially Venezuela intended to play at the same level, but shortly after the start of the match it became clear to all that they would not be able to keep up, and were finally defeated by their opponent’s attack.

Peru - Brazil : 1 - 2

Both teams were quite even, showing a rough style. Brazil finally managed to beat Peru thanks to their better physical fitness the second half of the match, when Brazilian players seemed to resist in a better shape.

Both national teams improved their performance, reluctant to lose their chance of getting a cup this year.

Chile - Paraguay : 4 - 0

Chile continues to win its matches easily. Most of today’s goals were made with short corners, except for one of the shots, where the ball bounced back into the goal.

Although Paraguay managed to respond defending its field, its counterattack was obviously not enough to stop a strong Chile. In spite of the result, Paraguay was quite happy at the end of the match, considering Chile a more than respectable threat.
