In the only match of the second day of the Panam Challenge 2021, the teams of Peru and Mexico faced each other. The Mexicans won 7 - 0 in a solid victory against the host team of the tournament.

From the first moment the Mexican team proposed a high pressure strategy against their rival. Peruvians sought to get out of their own field but the deployment of their opponents hampered their aspirations. In the second half of the game, the Mexican team had already scored their first three goals.

After the half time, the Peruvians tied the game, but could not translate into goals the opportunities they had to approach the opposing goal. Mexico regained control of the game and managed to score 4 more goals, taking their second victory in the tournament.

Next match Mexico will rest and Peru will face the Ecuadorian team.
