In a very tight game, the men from Venezuela and Peru met at the local new stadium in the Colegio San Jose, in Chiclayo. After multiple attacks Venezuela managed to score a goal. The teams went for the intermission with an advantage of 1-0 for Venezuela over Peru. In the second half Peru was more aggressive in the attack but failed to capitalize. Only a few minutes to the end of the match Venezuela scored its second goal. The game ended 2-0 in favor of Venezuela with goals from Andy José ADRIÁN HERRERA and Darwin Jose PERDOMO RAMIREZ.
