At 10:00AM of the second day of the Hockey tournament of the XVII Bolivarian Games in Chiclayo, Peru, the men’s match between Ecuador and Dominican Republic started. The dominicans dominated the match from the start, scoring a few minutes from the start. The score of the first half was 8-0 in their favor. The second period developed again under the domincans domination as they added more goals to the score. The game ended 18 -0 for  Dominican Republic with goals from José Rafael LOPEZ (8), Francisco Antonio BLANCO MELENCIANO (2) Leonardo SEPÚLVEDA MIESES (2), and Michael Alexander LÓPEZ, Braulin EMILIANO DE LA ROSA, Hugo Enrique CRUZ LINARES, and Cleudys ARABEL SOLER.
