First win for Men’s Hockey at South American Championships 
The first field hockey match of the South American Championships, on the men’s side was Argentina vs. Peru. 
The Argentinean team gained the first three points of the tournament by winning 27-0. Argentina was the owner of the game at all times and had no mercy in their attacks. 

Argentina went into the second half with a stronger attack and scored 17 times. Peru tried hard to stand strong on their defense but could not stop the Argentineans attack. Peru’s GK left the match with a minor injury.
